Monday is the most clichéd sad day, as the work week starts. Actually it is the day which gives you the purpose to party harder on weekends. Work fulfillment gives you the reason for good indulgence. Let's make Monday blues a myth and colorful start of a work week a reality.

Core values are important than the cosmetics of it, in all organizations and individuals. Despite knowing it sometimes we fall in the trap. Why? 

Whom would you marry - A handsome looking, misbehaving, selfish moron or an average looking, gentle, kind and smart individual? Answer is quite clear here, still esthetics sometimes fall behind in comparison with cosmetics.

Happiness is the state of mind and ironically we pressurize ourselves to be "happy". Sometimes companies also do things only because it's a norm and a ritual for them. In an effort to keep employees happy HR arranges for pizza parties and day outings, which is not necessary at all. What is or has to be more important is the healthy work environment. Enough number of challenges, healthy competitions and guidance and learning as and when required would be more satisfying for employees. What is the point of taking your employees for an outing when the they are feeling webbed in confusion and lost in completing a project. As I read in an article - " Job security can't be put on Instagram", rightly said, Instagram don't even display happiness, the picture was not taken when you were smiling organically, rather you smiled just because it was a picture.

Would you enjoy bean bags, hover boards and Play stations, if you are bullied at your workplace, have a biased boss or a fairly unchallenging, boring task ? Quite a lot would disagree at first, but meaning at work is definitely more important than money. Toh boss, Chak de India! Team needs training and targets more than those temporary perks.
