Monday is the most clichéd sad day, as the work week starts. Actually it is the day which gives you the purpose to party harder on weekends. Work fulfillment gives you the reason for good indulgence. Let's make Monday blues a myth and colorful start of a work week a reality. Core values are important than the cosmetics of it, in all organizations and individuals. Despite knowing it sometimes we fall in the trap. Why?  Whom would you marry - A handsome looking, misbehaving, selfish moron or an average looking, gentle, kind and smart individual? Answer is quite clear here, still esthetics sometimes fall behind in comparison with cosmetics. Happiness is the state of mind and ironically we pressurize ourselves to be "happy".
